Inspiring Excellence
About Us
Inspiring excellence of mind and body through teaching hard work, strength, flexibility, resilience, and respect.
In addition to skill progression and learning proper technique, great emphasis is placed on aiding each student in developing: confidence, respect for self and others, hard work ethic, perseverance, and striving to become one's best self not only as a gymnast, but in all aspects of life.
Our Mission
Gymnastics has been called "The sport of all sports" because it develops a cross-trained athlete and is an ideal way for kids to develop the foundational athleticism that will benefit them for a lifetime! But the physical health aspects of gymnastics are just the beginning of what our program has to offer. Children enrolled at Snake River Gymnastics will benefit from increased physical, mental/emotional, and social development. Our fun and engaging lesson plans strive to inspire excellence of mind and body through teaching hard work, strength, flexibility, resilience, and respect. In addition to skill progression and learning proper technique, great emphasis is placed on developing a growth mindset and striving to become one's best self not only as a gymnast, but in all aspects of life.

Class Descriptions
ParentTot Gymnastics
18 months to 4 years
Our ParentTot Class is a 30 minute instructor led, parent supported class. Parents/guardians will join their gymnasts in this fun and encouraging class. Students will get a gentle first exposure to the physical, mental/emotional, and social growth that comes through gymnastics training as they stretch, jump, swing, climb, roll, balance, bounce, take turns, follow instructions, and meet new friends!
Preschool Gymnastics
3-5 years
Our preschool classes work to develop the same skills outlined in the ParentTot classes, but we are able to develop them in greater depth. Confidence, strength, balance, flexibility, mental focus, social skills, coordination, and a love of fitness are all fostered as students learn and play through our fun and engaging preschool curriculum! Students seem to do best in this class once they are potty-trained.
Girls All-Around Gymnastics
5-14 years
Our gymnastics classes focus on instilling a growth-mindset and confidence in each of our students while teaching proper gymnastics technique through well-developed curriculum. During classes students will work through a six level incentive program with target skills in each event, and a ribbon award for the completion of each level. Students will also learn routines in each event and perform them at showcase held in May at the end of the training year.
Parkour/Gymnastics Hybrid
5-14 years
Our parkour gymnastics hybrid class is a fun and action-packed way for kids to burn off energy and build a foundation of fitness. Emphasis is placed on principles of grit, growth-mindset, cooperation, focus, and persistence. Students will work to progress through 5 levels with each level including five areas of focus: Strength, Flips and Tricks, Parkour Vaults, Agility and Balance, and Flexibility. Our exciting incentive program for this class includes a Snake River Gymnastics water bottle with accompanying stickers awarded each time a student completes a level!
Cheerleading
These classes will highlight all the areas of cheerleading. They are designed to give our athletes an overall feel of the sport, so they know exactly what to expect should they decide to pursue this sport in the future. We want to give our students a head start on perfecting the skills necessary to one day outshine their competition, dominate the sideline, shine on the stage, rule the floor and/or make your school's squad. Students will also learn a full choreographed competitive routine that may be performed at a local event. Focused Skills: jumps, motion technique, spirit, dance, stunting, strength and conditioning, facial expression, tumbling, and charisma. Athletes will learn stunts, chants, cheers, and dances.
